Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the event/service start.

  • A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is requested within 24 hours of your purchase.
  • Up to 48 Hours Before the Event/Service Start: A 50% refund will be issued.
  • Within 48 Hours of the Event/Service Start: No refunds will be issued.

Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided but may be considered on a case-by-case basis upon request.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the refund request being approved.
